Invoices are not included in the parcel. All receipts are emailed to you on completion of your purchase.

Our teddy bear store does post overseas for a flat rate of $18.00. We currently do not post to the UK as since Jan 1 2021 when Brexit commenced, the UK charges 20% VAT, payable in advance with forms to accompany. Also we do not post to European Union countries (eg France, Germany etc) as they have also introduced the same as the UK but at 21%.
