Here''''s all you need to know about our Christmas delivery

Thankyou for your order, and best wishes for Christmas.

Here is some information that may be helpful to you whilst we are away from 22 December, until 4 January 2016.

If you ordered before 19 December 2016, you will have recieved a tracking email.  If you haven't recieved it, it should be in your junk folder.

This email will tell you where your teddy bear is at every point.  If you have any issues, use the contact details on your tracking email to contact Australia Post directly.  We'll be out of contact, and our first response would be to call that number anyway.

We have not had a single parcel go missing this year with Express post, so take our hands off to an excellent service.

If you have any corrections needed on bears, please let us know and we'll work towards correcting them in the new year.  

Any bears ordered before noon 19 December were guaranteed to be dispatched on 21 December 2015, all care was taken and no responsibilty will be accepted for bears not delivered on prior to Christmas.  Some things are out of our control.

We thank you all for a very busy and exciting Christmas season.  Chris and I thank you for your ongoing custom and look forward to all of the beautiful Christmas morning pictures, we have done hundreds on first Christmas bears this year and would love to see your pictures.
