COVID -19 update.
The COVID 19 virus is impacting families & businesses worldwide.
At My Teddy, we have implemented a few strategies to protect customers & staff, to minimise the spread of the virus & protect our community.
⏰ Our hours of operation haven’t changed. Due to being an online business, we’re not in contact with the general public, so our operating hours remain the same.
📤Customer collection from the workshop.
We have cancelled all on-site collections for now, so all Teddy bears will be sent using our established postal services. We apologise for any inconvenience.
📬 Signature on delivery parcels will be left at the door for you if you are home. So you are not in contact with postal workers and equipment, the driver will remain several metres from you & sign on your behalf. Australia Post have implemented these changes to keep staff & members of the public safe.
Our commonly used surfaces are wiped down twice daily, & we have implemented a regular hand washing regime.
😷When not at the workshop, we are voluntarily self isolating and social distancing, just to be safe.
🤞We hope to keep operating as usual for as long as we can, many of our suppliers are not operating so stock levels may become low.
🤷♀️This is a time of great change, so we’ll notify you of anything that may change how we operate.
