Rush My Order
Rush My Order provides a priority service where your order is processed and made faster than our standard processing times.
Sometimes you’ve left it to the last minute,or you may have only just found us and you’d like your order sooner than later.
We understand that things can creep up on you in the last minute, hence we offer our Rush order service for those last minute, "oh crap" moments!
Personalised gifts do take a little longer to prepare, so allow for that, but it will be as quick as we can manage.
Rush My Order charge is $22 per item and goes towards extra staff wages and overtime if required.
How it works.
When you choose Rush My Order, your order will go to the front of the queue, and be designed and created first and to the best of our ability, be sent in the next possible shipping run.
We'll get your order designed asap and send to you for approval asap. Keep an eye out for your email with your personalised embroidery so you can approve it quickly.
We'll make create your custom teddy and get it into the next possible postal pickup.
If we have multiple rush orders, we will process them in the order they came in.
If you choose Rush My Order, you will automatically be offered express shipping as the only shipping method at checkout.

Things to keep in mind when choosing Rush order.

We don’t despatch on Saturday or Sunday, nor does Australia Post operate.
-
Remember that the item is personalised, so does take time to design, approve and embroider.
-
We can’t make or ship your item if you haven’t approved the design so keep your eye out for the embroidery and approve it quickly.
-
Rush My order is only available on Express Post orders
-
Rush My order is only available at certain times of the year, and wont be available in very busy periods such as Christmas and Easter
-
We can’t Rush orders that are on Pre-order. Pre-order items are typically not physically in the Ted Shed, they are usually enroute to us.
