POSTAL CHANGES 2023
Recently we have implemented some amendments in our postal structure.
Due to changes in customer needs and Australia Post changes and surcharges, we’ve made a few changes. We’ve created options for you, so you can decide how your parcel from My Teddy is sent. How quickly, and how much.
We have separated post out into Registered and Express, so you can get your order in the time frame that suits you.
Registered Post $9.90
Subsequent items $5
Many people order well in advance of when you need your personalised teddys, and that is fine. Registered post is perfect for you. This postal method is still tracked, you will still get the email tracking so you can follow the progress.
Registered post will take 5-10 days from dispatch to arrival, within Australia, depending on where you are.
Please note, this is not including our processing time, this is from the time that it leaves us. On average, we advise that you order your personalised Jellycat or teddy three weeks in advance, if you would like to use Registered post.
You can also control how you receive your parcel, Australia Post will text you using the number you used on the order.
Express Post $15.90
Subsequent items $5
For when you need it there fast, we offer Express Post. Pre-pandemic Express post would guarantee delivery next day to capital cities but they have not yet reinstated this. From the time your parcel leaves us at My Teddy, it should take 1-3 days to arrive with you, depending on where you are.
Tracking your parcel will happen via the link we send you, which arrives to your inbox approximately 5pm of the day we send it.
If you need your My Teddy parcel quickly you can upgrade to this option.
Important
- Keep in mind this does not speed up production time, this is simply the method of shipping.
- All of our teddy bears and bunnies are processed in the order that they came in.
- We recommend that you order 7-10 days in advance of when you need your personalised gifts, in order to receive it in time when you select express post.
- If you need the processing of your order sped up, you can choose Rush My Order.
Rush My Order $22.00
This is a new service we are offering to get things sped up to the max. This means that your Teddy’s or bunnies will be designed first and made first. You still have to approve the design before we can go ahead, so be sure to look out for that email your inbox. We can’t say exactly when your parcel will leave us, but we guarantee it will be as soon as possible.
Rush My Order isn’t always available, we will remove it if we are short staffed, away for long weekends and at peak times, such as Christmas and Easter. At these times we are working at peak capacity in any case, so rushing isn’t an option.
